Then pregnant women are also not recommended to practice these types of yoga poses. There are some Bikram yoga poses that are considered too heavy for pregnant women.
These exercises are quite dangerous for the fetus that the mother is conceiving. High room temperatures are also not good for the mother and the fetus. The Bikram yoga room is very similar to the atmosphere of a sauna. The same applies to people with heart disease. The high temperature in the yoga room increases the performance of the heart.
